MEDIDAS DE INTERNAMIENTO EN MENORES DELINCUENTES

Abstract

El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado va dirigido a la “Delincuencia y Justicia Juvenil”, en el cual vamos a estudiar el ámbito punitivo de los/as menores infractores a los que les son aplicadas las medidas privativas de libertad. Además, se analizará la importancia de la intervención y de las funciones del Trabajador/a Social dentro de la Justicia Penal de Menores, en concreto, en el ámbito de la ejecución de la medida de internamiento y se profundizará en la explicación y el desarrollo de las distintas tipologías de medidas impuestas a los menores delincuentes, así como la gestión y el perfil de menores delincuentes que conforman los centros de internamiento en el que son ejecutadas dichas medidas. Asimismo, se aportará una visión crítica de las mismas, aportando aspectos relevantes que las caracterizan y desarrollando aspectos problemáticos en algunos supuestos durante su proceso de ejecución.

The present End of Degree Project is directed to the "Crime and Juvenile Justice", in which we will study the punitive scope of juvenile offenders to whom the custodial measures are applied. It has been a bibliographic revision work, based on a theoretical foundation, in which the contents related to this problem are going to be addressed and explained, separated in turn in different sections. In addition, it analyzes the importance of the intervention and the functions of the Social Worker within the Criminal Justice of Minors, specifically, in the scope of the execution of the internment measure and will deepen in the explanation and the development of the different types of precautionary measures imposed on juvenile offenders, as well as the rules imposed during their execution and modification and the place where they are executed. Likewise, a critical view of them will be provided, contributing relevant aspects that characterize them and developing problematic aspects in some cases during their execution process.
