[ES] A lo largo de la historia hemos podido comprobar grandes avances que han envuelto a nuestra sociedad en un sistema cambiante y plural. Ante esta pluralidad de variaciones, desarrollo y riqueza tanto cultural, económica como socio política, ha sido necesario reinventarse en el ámbito jurídico con el fin de envolver los derechos y garantías oportunos, conformando una cohesión socio cultural enfocada a la armonía entre las diferentes interculturalidades. La mujer ha estado implicada en la reinvindicación de los derechos y todavía sigue estando en situación de desigualdad, como demuestra el caso de la mutilación genital femenina.[EN] Along the history we were able to check big advances with have involved to our society in a changing and plural system.
