[ES] Eltrabajo trata sobre la implantación de un Sistema de lnformación de
Marketing en un Restaurante gastronómico y de corte creativo situado
en Villanueva del Arzobispo, Moratilla Restaurante teniendo muchas
carencias en su SIM y siendo conscientes de la importancia que tiene
dentro de Ia empresa, decide implantar un SIM pára mejorar en la toma
de decisiones, y con ello cumplir eficazmente coñ su objetivo,
maximizar la satisfacción y sorprender a sus cliente realizando una
mejorade su servicio y calidad del producto siendo diferentes alclásico
restaurante.
[EN] The work treats on üe implantation of an Information system of Marketing in a gas&onomic Restaurant and of creative cut placed in Villanueva of the Archbishop, Moratilla Restaurante having many lacks in his SIM and being conscious of the importance that has inside the company, a SIM decides to implant to improve in the capture of decisions, and \¡rith it to expire effectively with his aim, to maximize the saüsfaction and client to surprise to his fulfilling a mejorade his service and quality of the product being different from the classic restaurant..
