Resumen
[ES] Las causas legales de desheredación son aquellas circunstancias que pueden dar lugar a la privación de la legítima, a la cual tiene derecho un heredero forzoso. En mi trabajo hago referencia a dos de ellas, el maltrato psicológico y el abandono emocional o falta de relación y su posibilidad en la actualidad como causas por las que poder desheredar. Además, de tratar de forma más general lo que se entiende por desheredación desde su aparición en el Derecho Romano hasta la actualidad, puntualizando en los elementos y requisitos de la desheredación, así como las clases de esta, es decir, la desheredación condicionada y parcial, justa e injusta.
[EN] The legal causes of disinheritance are those circumstances which may lead to the deprivation of the lawful one, to which a forced heir is entitled. In my work I refer to two of them, psychological abuse and emotional abandonment or lack of relationship and its possibility at present as causes to disinherit. Moreover, to deal more generally with what is meant by disinheriting from its emergence in Roman Law to the present day, pointing out in the elements and requirements of disinheritance, as well as the classes of this one, i.e. the conditioned disinheritance and Partial, fair and unfair.
