Resumen
Este trabajo expone un plan de intervención para la mejora del desplazamiento activo escolar, desde el área de Educación física. Se entenderá por desplazamiento como un comportamiento que los escolares realizan como mínimo dos veces al día cuando van al colegio y cuando vuelven. Este desplazamiento puede realizarse de forma activa haciendo que los escolares vayan al colegio andando o en bicicleta. Dicho desplazamiento activo afectaría de forma positiva en la salud de los escolares. Por lo tanto, este plan de intervención irá enfocado al trayecto que realizan los alumnos desde el centro escolar al domicilio y viceversa. Por lo tanto, se debe estudiar el entorno donde se llevará a cabo dicho proyecto, además de estudiar los beneficios y los riesgos del desplazamiento activo en el centro escolar. Por tanto, crearemos una herramienta didáctica basada en varias actividades para fomentar el desplazamiento activo en el centro. Finalmente, se utilizará una evaluación para ver si ha aumentado el número de desplazamientos activos en el centro.
This work exposes a plan of intervention for the improvement of the active commuting, from the area of physical education. It will be understood by displacement as a behavior that students perform at least twice a day when they go to school and when they return. This movement can be done actively by having the students go to school on foot or by bicycle. This commuting to school affects positively the health of schoolchildren. Therefore, our intervention plan should focus on the achievement of students from the school to the home and vice versa. Therefore, we must study the environment where this project will be carried out, besides studying benefits and the risks of the active displacement in the school center. Therefore, we will create a didactic tool based on several activities to promote the active displacement in the center. Finally, we will use an evaluation to see if they have increased the number of active commuting in the center.
