CONTRATOS FORMATIVOS: CONTRATO PARA LA FORMACIÓN Y EL APRENDIZAJE

Abstract

[ES] La realización del presente trabajo de investigación va encaminada a recoger y solucionar las cuestiones de mayor relevancia contenidas en el contrato para la formación y aprendizaje posteriormente a la modificación de carácter laboral sufrida en el año 2012 y sucesivas modificaciones que ha experimentado. Pasaremos por la realización de un enfoque a modo de resumen en donde veremos establecidas los aspectos y problemáticas más características de este tipo de contrato de formación y el aprendizaje. Podemos destacar la importancia y relevancia de este tipo de contratos en la política de inserción del personal más joven en el mercado laboral. Por otro lado el contrato para la formación y el aprendizaje veremos cómo presenta una doble vertiente a modo de finalidad en donde podemos destacar por un lado, el satisfactorio desarrollo de los trabajadores que previamente han sido formados teóricos y de forma práctica, y por otro lado la inserción de carácter laboral de los jóvenes en el mercado laboral. También haremos referencia a una serie de problemáticas y controversias que pueden originar este tipo de contratos, enfocando dicho contenido en atención a las modificaciones sufridas, siendo vigente el Real decreto 1529/2012 de 8 de noviembre.

[EN] The accomplishment of the present work of investigation is directed to gather and solve the questions of major relevance contained in the contract for the training, later the modification suffered in the year 2012 and successive modifications that it has experienced. We will pass the accomplishment of an approach like summaries where we will see the aspects established and problematic situation most typical for this kind os contracts os formation and learning. We can emphasize the importance and relevancy of this type of contract in the politics of insertion of the personnel the youngest in the labor market. On the other hand the contract of the formation, we will see since it presents a double slope like purpose where we will be able to stand out, on the one hand the satisfactory development of the workers who before exist have been formed of theoretical form and practices, an on the other hand the insertion of labor character of the young persons of the labor market.
