Resumen
(ES)Aborda la creación de un Museo de la Cultura Cofrade en el Palacio de los Zambrana, ubicado en
Linares. El proyecto se centra en la restauración arquitectónica del palacio, un edificio histórico con
gran valor patrimonial, para convertirlo en un espacio museístico que promueva la tradición cofrade
de la región. A través de un análisis histórico y arquitectónico, complementado con un estudio de
campo y un análisis DAFO, se identificaron las oportunidades y desafíos del proyecto. La propuesta
final incluye un plan de intervención que considera la restauración del edificio, la musealización de los
espacios, y la planificación de actividades culturales y educativas. Además, se realizaron consultas con
expertos y representantes de las Hermandades locales para asegurar la viabilidad del proyecto y su
alineación con las expectativas de la comunidad. Finalmente, se evaluó el impacto potencial del centro
en el desarrollo turístico y cultural de Linares, destacando los beneficios económicos, sociales y
patrimoniales que podría aportar.
(EN)This master's thesis explores the creation of a Museum for Cofrade Culture in the Palacio de los Zambrana, located in Linares. The project focuses on the architectural restoration of the palace, a historic building of significant heritage value, with the aim of transforming it into a museum space that promotes the region's cofrade traditions. Through a historical and architectural analysis, complemented by field studies and a SWOT analysis, the project's opportunities and challenges were identified. The final proposal includes an intervention plan that considers the restoration of the building, the musealization of the spaces, and the planning of cultural and educational activities. In addition, consultations were held with experts and representatives of local Brotherhoods to ensure the project's feasibility and alignment with community expectations. Finally, the potential impact of the center on the cultural and tourism development of Linares was assessed, highlighting the economic, social, and heritage benefits it could bring.
