LA INSERCIÓN LABORAL DE PERSONAS CON DIVERSIDAD FUNCIONAL

Resumen
[ES] La inserción laboral de las personas con diversidad funcional resulta un proceso difícil, puesto
que, la discriminación que sufren está todavía muy presente. Nuestro país posee gran variedad
de prejuicios que afecta en gran medida a este colectivo. Las personas con diversidad funcional
abarcan numerosas desventajas que afectan a muchos escenarios de su vida. Con el presente
trabajo queremos, en primer lugar, poner de relieve la discriminación existente hacia este
colectivo y la dificultad que tienen para conseguir una plena integración laboral.
En segundo lugar, y con la programación didáctica realizada para el Ciclo Formativo de Grado
Superior de Integración Social es conocer la realidad que sufren los diferentes colectivos en
riesgo de exclusión social, en particular las personas con diversidad funcional, enseñándole
diferentes medidas para poder poner en práctica con estos colectivos de manera que adquieran
ciertas habilidades laborales para conseguir una absoluta inserción laboral.
[EN] The labour insertion of people with functional diversity is a difficult process, since the discrimination they suffer is still very present. Our country has a wide variety of prejudices that greatly affect this group. People with functional diversity cover numerous disadvantages that affect many scenarios in their lives. With this work, we want first to highlight about the discrimination that exists against this group and the difficulty they have in achieving full labour integration. In second place, and with the didactic programming carried out for the Cycle of Social Integration is to know the reality suffered by the different collectives at risk of social exclusion, in particular people with functional diversity, teaching them different measures to be able to implement with these collectives in a way that they acquire certain work skills to achieve absolute labour insertion.
