Los deportes alternativos dentro del currículum de la Educación Física. Una propuesta didáctica.

Abstract

[ES]Mediante la presente Unidad Didáctica, se promueve la inclusión de los deportes alternativos dentro la programación del profesorado. Con estos deportes, únicamente no se pretende mejorar las habilidades motrices y condición física del alumnado, sino que estos aprenderán nuevos deportes desconocidos en su mayoría para ellos y con un gran valor pedagógico, así como con un significativo fomento y desarrollo de valores sociales como la participación y la coeducación. Además, un aspecto muy importante de los deportes alternativos es promover la igualdad de sexo en cuanto a logros. Para ello, se realizarán un total de nueves sesiones, donde se aprenderá y practicará tres deportes alternativos en el curso de 4º de ESO. Las tres primeras sesiones serán de Korfball, las tres siguientes de Tchoukball y las tres últimas de Kinball.

[EN]Through this Didactic Unit, the inclusion of alternative sports within the teaching program is promoted. With these sports, it is not only intended to improve the motor skills and physical condition of the students, but they will learn new sports, mostly unknown to them and with great pedagogical value, as well as with a significant promotion and development of social values such as participation and coeducation. Also, a very important aspect of alternative sports is promoting gender equality in terms of achievement. To do this, a total of nine sessions will be held, where three alternative sports will be learned and practiced in the 4th ESO course. The first three sessions will be Korfball, the next three Tchoukball and the last three Kinball.
