Informe de Valoración de Endesa S.A.

Abstract

[ES] A lo largo del siguiente Trabajo de Fin de Grado se realiza un informe de valoración de ENDESA S.A. (en adelante Endesa o la compañía). El informe se basará en el modelo de descuento de flujos futuros, en su modalidad de descuento de dividendos (DDM, por sus siglas en inglés). Por tanto, el objetivo primordial de dicho informe consiste en estimar el valor intrínseco de la acción con el fin de orientar las futuras tomas de posiciones en el mercado. Hay que decir que dicho informe se basa en estimaciones subjetivas por parte del autor, dado que en este campo no hay verdades universales.

[EN] Throughout the following End of Degree Project we will make a value report of ENDESA S.A. (hereinafter Endesa or the company). The report will be base on discount cash flow, in its dividend discount mode. So, the objective of this report is estimate the intrinsical value of the share with the aim of do the correct movement in the market. It must be said that this report is base on subjective estimates by the author, because in this research enviroment, there are no universal thruths.
