Resumen
[ES] Programa de intervención de Inteligencia emocional basado en el modelo de Mayer y Salovey,
dirigido a entrenar y mejorar las habilidades de percepción, facilitación, comprensión y regulación
emocional en docentes de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria con el objetivo de que el desarrollo de
estas habilidades emocionales repercutan positivamente en la salud física, psíquica y social
amortiguando los efectos del síndrome de burnout. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se ha empleado un
diseño cuasi-experimental con una muestra de 116 docentes con dos momentos de medida pre-test y
post-test y estructurando el programa en sesiones semanales de dos horas con una duración de dos
meses y medio de intervención.
