MERCADO DE TRABAJO: TEMPORALIDAD Y DESEMPLEO

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se analiza la situación del mercado laboral español, se estudian las principales variables del mercado de trabajo y cómo afectan estas al desarrollo laboral del país. En las últimas décadas, España ha tenido y tiene problemas en materia laboral que hace que el mercado de trabajo sea ineficiente. En este sentido, España tiene dos grandes problemas en materia laboral: el desempleo y la temporalidad del empleo generado. Estos dos problemas afectan al nivel de vida y a la calidad de vida de los habitantes del país. Así, con este proyecto se hace un análisis de las variables del mercado laboral, atendiendo especialmente a la temporalidad y el desempleo. Seguidamente se realizará una comparativa del desempleo y la temporalidad en España y en la Unión Europea. Finalizando con unas conclusiones y propuestas.

[EN] This paper examines the situation of Spanish labour market, the main labour market variables are studied and how they affect to the career development of the country. In recent decades, Spain has had problems in labour matters which makes that the labour market is inefficient, in this sense, Spain has two major problems in labor: unemployment and the temporality. These problems affect the standard of living and quality of life of the inhabitants of the country. This project is made an analysis of the variables of the labour market, especially attending the temporality and unemployment. Then be a comparison of unemployment and temporality in Spain and in the European Union. Finishing with conclusions and proposals.
