LA EXPROPIACIÓN FORZOSA EL BENEFICIARIO

Abstract

[ES]En este trabajo he intentado hacer un breve resumen de qué papel juega el beneficiario dentro de la expropiación forzosa en el ámbito administrativo. Primero, he tratado un poco sobre qué es la expropiación forzosa, la Ley en la que se encuentra recogida, la cual es la Ley de Expropiación Forzosa y el Reglamento de la Expropiación Forzosa y también en qué partes de la Constitución Española se encuentra. Tras un intento de encuadrar el tema en su generalidad, he pasado a explicar dentro de los sujetos de la expropiación en qué consiste el beneficiario. Es decir, su papel dentro de la expropiación forzosa, los tipos de beneficiario que nos encontramos y también las obligaciones y garantías que tiene el mismo.

[EN] In this paper I have tried to make a brief summary of the role of the beneficiary within the compulsory expropriation in the administrative area. First, I have tried a little about what is the compulsory expropriation, the Law in which it is collected, which is the Law of Compulsory Expropriation and the Regulation of Forced Expropriation and also in what parts of the Spanish Constitution is located. After an attempt to frame the issue in its generality, I have gone on to explain within the subjects of the expropriation in which the beneficiary consists. That is to say, its role within the forced expropriation, the types of beneficiary that we find and also the obligations and guarantees that it has.
