La mujer en el mercado de trabajo andaluz

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en la investigación de la situación de la mujer en el mercado laboral andaluz, y tiene como finalidad conocer los datos y comparar los diferentes ámbitos del mercado laboral en el que se encuentra la mujer, cotejando estos datos con el género masculino y con los datos de ambos géneros a nivel nacional. Asimismo, se analizará el mercado laboral andaluz desde una perspectiva de género, considerando el mercado de trabajo de la mujer en Andalucía desde un análisis cuantitativo en el que se contabilizará la participación femenina y diferentes datos relevantes, como son las características de los sectores de trabajo feminizados o la brecha de género.
