Plan de empresa: Overdrive - Producciones musicales

Abstract

[ES]Dentro de este Trabajo Fin de Máster se representa la posibilidad de crear una empresa de organización de eventos musicales en la provincia de Jaén. En el mismo, se intenta cuidar todos los detalles, tanto técnicos como teóricos, que se deberían abordar a la hora de poner en marcha el proyecto. El objetivo de dicho proyecto es identificar si es viable económica y financieramente para posteriormente decidir cuáles son los pasos a realizar. Para conseguir este objetivo, como es lógico, se hace necesario atender a todas las cuestiones básicas a la hora de poner en marcha un proyecto de esta índole, además de cualquier dato que a priori no parezca de importancia pero que no se debe dejar escapar. Dicho esto, las variables que más importancia van a tener en esta memoria son la evaluación de la idea, el entorno, la oferta y la viabilidad económico-financiera.

[EN]This work represents the posibility to create a business organization of musical events in the province of Jaén. In the same one, it tries to take care of all the details, both technical and theoretical, that should be approached at the moment of starting the project. The objective of the above mentioned project is to identify whether it is economically and financially viable, to later decide what are the steps to take. To achieve this goal, as is logical, it becomes necessary to atend to all the basic questions at the moment of starting a project of this nature, besides any information may not seem important a priori but should not be missed. Saying this, the variables that are going to be more important in this memory are the evaluation of the idea, the environment, supply and demand and the economic and financial viability.
