(ES) La salud mental de los adolescentes se ha convertido en un tema de gran relevancia. Sin embargo,
se ha hallado que no tienen los conocimientos necesarios acerca del ámbito psicológico, de ahí la
necesidad de divulgar información y fomentar la alfabetización en salud mental. Puesto que los
adolescentes han nacido en la era digital, las redes sociales son utilizadas a diario. El objetivo de
esta investigación es realizar una búsqueda sistemática en dos redes sociales muy populares:
Instagram y TikTok, de perfiles de psicólogos/as y de perfiles no profesionales de la psicología que
publiquen información en sus perfiles sobre salud mental. Se han analizado 200 perfiles, 100 de
Instagram y 100 de TikTok. Los resultados muestran que la alfabetización en salud mental a través
de las redes sociales es una buena iniciativa. Las redes sociales sí pueden ser utilizadas como una
herramienta de difusión de información sobre salud mental.
(EN) Adolescent mental health has become a topic of great relevance. However, it has been found that they do not have the necessary knowledge about the psychological field, hence the need to disseminate information and promote mental health literacy. Since teenagers are born in the digital age, social networks are used daily. The objective of this research is to perform a systematic search on two very popular social networks: Instagram and TikTok, profiles of psychologists and non professional profiles of psychology who publish information on their profiles about mental health.
