Puesta a punto de banco de ensayo de turbina a reacción de laboratorio

Abstract

Este trabajo consiste en la puesta a punto del banco de ensayo de una turbina a reacción. Para ello se detallarán los instrumentos utilizados y como se realiza un ensayo. Además, se realizará una prueba de emisiones la cual sigue la norma del ensayo Landing and Take-Off (LTO, por sus siglas en inglés). Por último, se discutirán los resultados obtenidos en los distintos ensayos. Se incluye un anexo con el manual de manejo del sistema, donde se explican las distintas etapas que hay que hacer para realizar un ensayo correctamente, así como los distintos procedimientos para poder cambiar distintas partes del motor para su correcto funcionamiento en el caso de que estas estén defectuosas.

This work consists of setting up a jet turbine test bench. To do this, the instruments used and how a test is carried out will be detailed. In addition, an emissions test will be carried out which follows the standards of the landing and take-off (LTO) test. Finally, the results obtained in the different tests will be discussed. An annex has been written explaining the different stages that must be carried out to carry out a test correctly as well as the different procedures to be able to change different parts of the engine for correct operation in the event that they are defective.
