Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo consiste en la medición de los tiempos de las tareas de producción e identificar los diferentes aspectos que interfieren en ella y la hace menos productiva. Además se plantean una serie de mejoras aplicando herramientas de Lean Production.[EN]This document presents the work that I have realized to calculate the times of production task and identify different aspects involved it and make less productive. I plant several of improvements Lean Production tools to charge the collocation and the organization of the operation.
