PLAN DE MEJORA PARA LA EMPRESA ARGENTEC IE S.L.: DIRECCIÓN FINANCIERA Y GESTIÓN DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL CORPORATIVA

Abstract

(ES)Este trabajo pretende brindar una respuesta a las carencias detectadas durante el proceso de análisis de la empresa Argentec IE S.L., en la gestión del área de Finanzas y de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC). A partir de un diagnóstico financiero se ha detectado la falta de dirección y planificación financiera, así como una deficiente utilización de las fuentes de financiación. Por lo tanto, en este trabajo se ha propuesto una mejora en la organización del área financiera, la incorporación de alianzas estratégicas y el eficiente aprovechamiento de diferentes fuentes de financiación. En cuanto a la RSC, se han observado ineficiencias en la planificación de objetivos y la exteriorización de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo. Es por ello que se propone la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Responsabilidad Social (SGRS), el seguimiento de las actuaciones, la confección de un informe de sostenibilidad y la divulgación en el sitio web.

(EN)The purpose of this project is to provide a solution to the deficiencies detected in the analysis process of the company Argentec IE S.L., regarding to the management of the Finance and Corporate Social Responsability (RSC) areas. From a financial diagnosis, a lack of financial management and planning has been detected, as well as a poor use of the financing sources. Therefore, this work proposes an improvement on the approach and organization of the financial department, the negotiation of strategic alliances, as well as the efficient exploitation of different financial sources. Regarding to RSC, some inefficiencies have been observed a disorder on the planning of the objectives, and on the disclousure of the actions carried out on this field. Hence, the proposal is the implementation of a Social Responsability Management System (SGRS), the monitoring of actions, the preparation of a sustainability report and the disclosure on the company’s website.
