Megalitismo en Andalucía

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha realizado un estudio del megalitismo, en primer lugar, con un carácter general, extendido a la zona de Europa donde este fenómeno tuvo una mayor repercusión, hablando de cada una de sus zonas, sus tipos, su cronología, y la interpretación que se hace de estas estructuras. En segundo lugar, entramos en materia con Andalucía, pasando a estudiar la historia de la investigación de este fenómeno, la cultura material, simbólica, la distribución, y lo más importante, su carácter funerario. En último lugar, se realiza un análisis provincia por provincia, destacando sus principales monumentos megalíticos y haciendo un pequeño análisis de cada uno de ellos.In this work a study of megalytism has been carried out, firstly, with a general character, extended to the area of Europe where this phenomenon had a greater impact, speaking of each of its zones, its types, its chronology, and the interpretation that is made of these structures. Secondly, we enter into matters with Andalusia, going on to study the history of research of this phenomenon, material culture, symbolic, distribution, and most importantly, its funeral character. Finally, a province-by-province analysis is carried out, highlighting its main megalithic monuments and making a small analysis of each of them.
