Abstract

[ES] El trabajo analiza a las empresas de trabajo temporal a lo largo de la historia tanto en España como en la UE y los principales cambios que ha tenido. Consta el trabajo de una estructura, donde se explica que es la ETT y sus principales características. Por otro lado, se explica los problemas e inconvenientes que han tenido para ser reguladas y la aprobación de un reglamento que ha provocado algunos cambios. Por último, la importancia de proteger a los trabajadores en materia de seguridad y salud, al estar tan desprotegidos. Principalmente, el objeto del trabajo consiste en el estudio de las relaciones laborales triangulares de las que las empresas de trabajo temporal constituyen el supuesto más paradigmático.[EN] The job analyzes the “EMPRESAS DE TRABAJO TEMPORAL” throughout history in both Spain and the EU and the major changes that have had.
