[EN] This MA thesis presents an Integrated Didactic Unit that ties together ICTs to Physical Education through the English language, all three offering a better use and different and real alternatives to students in their daily life. Through units such as the one proposed within, students will have an orientation to other possible uses of the new technologies beyond social networks or the typical use of today. The thesis also proposes this combination through the use of English, giving students an even broader foundation of possibilities for their future. All of this while learning and participating in sports such as orienteering. This type of outdoor activity provides a connection with and focus on nature. This is essential in this day and age when the population lives more and more frequently disconnected from the natural environment .
