Resumen
[ES]Se pretende la creación de una empresa relacionada con la comercialización del aceite de oliva virgen extra. Para tal fin, se realiza un análisis estratégico y diferentes planes (marketing, recursos humanos y financiero). El objetivo empresarial es el de añadir valor a la hora de comercializar AOVE, crear una cultura del aceite dentro de la comunidad y poner en auge el oleoturismo como forma de ocio y cultura.
[EN]It is intended to create a company related to the marketing of extra virgin olive oil. For that end, a strategic analysis and different plans (marketing, human resources and financial) are carried out. The business objective is to add value to the hour of commercializing AOVE, create a culture of the oil within the community and to start oleoturism as form of leisure and culture.
