Resumen
(ES)Tomando en cuenta el análisis del contexto del instituto “San Felipe Neri”, así como la situación actual de la sociedad
con respecto a la desigualdad de género, la diversidad de género y la orientación afectivo-sexual, se propone un
programa de orientación e intervención psicopedagógica basado en el modelo de orientación de servicios por
programas. El objetivo es colaborar en que los centros educativos se dé cabida a todo tipo de diversidad y se
reduzca la discriminación por motivos de género u orientación afectivo-sexual. A través de la acción tutorial se
pretende trabajar el respeto y la aceptación de la diversidad de género y afectivo-sexual, así como la igualdad
entre hombres y mujeres. Con la orientación académica y profesional se pretende fomentar la elección del
alumnado de una salida académico/profesional libre de estereotipos de género. Y, por último, para la atención a
la diversidad se ha elegido al alumnado con Altas Capacidades Intelectuales (ACCII).
(EN)Considering the analysis of the context of “San Felipe Neri” institute (Martos), as well as the current situation of society with respect to gender inequality, gender diversity and affective-sexual orientation, an orientation and intervention program is proposed educational psychology based on the service orientation model by programs. This consists of a part for each area of educational guidance. And its main objective is to collaborate so that educational centers accommodate all kinds of diversity and reduce discrimination based on gender or affective- sexual orientation. Through the tutorial action, it is intended to work on respect on acceptance of gender and sexual affective diversity, as well as equality between men and women. The academic and professional guidance is intended to encourage the choice by students of an academic/professional outlet free of gender stereotypes. And finally, attention to diversity has been chosen for students with high intellectual abilities.
