Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado surge ante la necesidad de adquirir una competencia intercultural que permita desenvolvernos adecuadamente en la sociedad actual. El fenómeno de la globalización ha provocado, entre otros muchos aspectos, que las culturas entren en contacto y, por lo tanto, es necesario que se examinen los factores a tener en cuenta. De esta manera, se explica el término cultura, el fenómeno de la comunicación intercultural y la aparición del Globish como nueva forma de comunicación enfocada a los negocios. Además, puesto que el turismo es uno de los sectores a los que más le incumbe esta nueva situación, se propone el desarrollo de un protocolo de negocios con China, debido a su raudo crecimiento como economía emergente. Así, se llegará a la conclusión de la importancia de aplicar un protocolo adecuado junto con actos de cortesía para lograr negociaciones exitosas.
[EN] This final project emerges from the need to acquire an intercultural competence that may allow us to manage correctly for ourselves nowadays. The phenomenon of globalisation has caused, among many other aspects, the fact that cultures come in contact and therefore it is necessary to examine the factors to be taken into account. In this way, this project undergoes the analysis of the word culture, the phenomenon of intercultural communication and the appearance of Globish as a new way of communication for business. In addition, since tourism is one of the most affected sectors by this new situation, a business protocol related to China is proposed, considering the strong growth of this country as an emerging economy. Finally, we will emphasize the importance of applying an appropriate etiquette together with acts of politeness to achieve successful negotiations.
