Resumen
[ES] En este trabajo se analiza la viabilidad económico-financiera de un plan de empresa. Se ha elegido un negocio
que se basa en la organización, planificación, coordinación y desarrollo de una boda en la provincia de Jaén, lo
que se conoce como Wedding Planner. Para ello, se ha realizado un análisis del entorno, tanto general corno
específico en el sector de los eventos nupciales. Se han estimado las ventas, teniendo en cuenta la inversión
necesaria para el negocio y los costes que conlleva ponerlo en marcha. Se ha realizado un análisis financiero
para comprobar que el negocio es rentable, proyectando los estados financieros para los próximos cinco alfos.
Finalmente, se ha llegado a la conclusión de que a través del contacto directo y continuo con los clientes la
empresa obtiene una ventaja competitiva y, por lo tanto, el negocio resulta rentable.
[EN] This paper analyzes the economic-financial viability of a business plan. We have chosen a business that is based on the organization, planning, coordinatlon and development of a wedding in the province of Jaén, known as Wedding Planner. For this, an analysis of the envlronment, both general and specific in t he sector of the nuptial , events has been made. Sales have been estirnated, taking into account the investment requ ired for the business and the costs involved in getting it up and running. A financia! analysis has been carried out to verify that the business is profitable, projecting the financia! statements for the next five years. Finally, it has been concluded that through direct and continuous contact with custorners, the company obtains a compet itive advantage and, therefore, the business is profitable.
