LA TRANSPARENCIA EN LA ADMINISTRACIÓN

Abstract

El presente trabajo se enfoca en estudiar la Ley de Transparencia, particularmente en el ámbito nacional, desde el momento en el que fue aprobada hasta la actualidad. Para ello, he realizado un breve análisis, observando la problemática en torno a dicha Ley y he planteado una serie de posibles perfeccionamientos para esta. Igualmente, he consultado y analizado las herramientas que existen a disposición de la sociedad que colaboran en el fomento de dicho ámbito. También se lleva a cabo un estudio de concepto y función del órgano independiente de la sociedad civil llamado Transparencia Internacional. De esta forma pretendo dar al lector y a la lectora una imagen concisa y clara del estado actual de esta materia.

My work focuses on studying the Transparency Law, particularly at the national level, from the moment it was approved to the present. I have carried out a brief analysis, observing the problems surrounding said Law and I have proposed a series of possible improvements for it. Likewise, I have consulted and analyzed the tools that exist at the disposal of society that collaborate in the promotion of this area. A study of the concept and function of the independent body of civil society called Transparency International is also carried out. In this way I intend to give the reader a concise and clear image of the current state of this matter.
