Programa de intervención para mejorar el bienestar psicológico y la autoestima a través de la actividad física y la gratitud: ‘‘Házlo Depor-Ti’’

Resumen
(ES)‘‘Házlo Depor-Ti’’ es un programa de intervención cuyo objetivo principal es aumentar el bienestar
psicológico y la autoestima a través de la práctica de actividad física promovida por la fortaleza de la
gratitud. Asimismo, también pretende mejorar la autoestima, dotar de herramientas para mejorar la
fortaleza de la gratitud, aumentar la adherencia a la práctica de actividad física y alcanzar una buena
cohesión grupal para asegurar la eficacia del programa. Dicho programa se estructura en doce
sesiones de talleres grupales, de una hora de duración aproximadamente. Con esta propuesta se espera
un incremento en la frecuencia y cantidad de ejercicio o actividad física diaria de los participantes,
así como un aumento de la gratitud, la adherencia y la autoestima. Una vez aplicado el programa se
espera una mejora en bienestar psicológico y la autoestima, así como adherencia al ejercicio físico y
un aumento en sus niveles de gratitud.
(EN)''Házlo Depor-Ti'' program is an intervention program whose main objective is the increasing of the psychological well-being of people through the practice of physical activity promoted by the strength of gratitude. Likewise, it also aims to improve self-esteem, provide knowledge and tools to improve the strength of gratitude, increase adherence to the practice of physical activity of the participants and achieve a good group cohesion to ensure the effectiveness of the program. The program is structured in twelve group workshop sessions, approximately one hour long each. With this proposal, an increase in the frequency and amount of exercise or daily physical activity of the participants is expected, encouraged by the strength of gratitude, adherence and self-esteem. The latter being a piece that positively influences both the increase in gratitude and the improvement of psychological well-being. Once the program is applied, an improvement in psychological well-being and self-esteem is expected as well as adherence to physical exercise and increase in their levels of gratitude.
