Gestión y desarrollo sostenible

Abstract

[ES] La materia de Ciencias de La Tierra y del Medio Ambiente en la etapa de Bachillerato tiene como uno de sus objetivos principales el aprendizaje del uso racional y la gestión sostenible de los recursos naturales. Este complejo proceso, que llevará a la formación de ciudadanos responsables, implica la aplicación práctica de conocimientos y competencias adquiridas en otras disciplinas (Biología, Geología, Física y Química) a lo largo de éste y de otros cursos académicos. En esta Unidad Didáctica se hace una reflexión científica y se aplican modelos para una visión global que permita el equilibrio entre el aprovechamiento de los recursos y la sostenibilidad. Como objetivo transversal fundamental, el proceso de aprendizaje llevará al estudiante a valorar y respetar la Naturaleza como eje fundamental en las relaciones Ciencia-Tecnología-Sociedad. Y todo ello con la ayuda de las metodologías dinámicas que nos proporciona el Aprendizaje Basado en Proyectos y la Educación Ambiental no formal.

[EN] One of the main objectives of the subject Sciences of the Earth and the Environment at the stage of high school is to learn the rational use and sustainable management of natural resources. This complex process leading to the formation of responsible citizens, involves the practical application of knowledge and skills acquired in other disciplines (Biology, Geology, Physics and Chemistry) along this and other academic courses. In this teaching unit we propose a scientific reflection and the application of models for a global vision that allows a balance between the use of resources and sustainability. As an important cross-cutting objective, the learning process will help the student to appreciate and respect Nature as a part in the relationships between Science-Technology-Society. And all this with the help of the Project-Based Learning dynamic methods and non-formal Environmental Education.
