Resumen
[ES] En esta Propuesta de Intervención se abordan dos elementos de suma importancia para I
rganiz.aciones. En concreto, la inteligencia emocional y el liderazgo transformacional. Asimismo,
analiz.a la interacción de dichas variables con el bienestar psicológico en el trabajo. Se propon
a intervención con distintos directivos pertenecientes a centros públicos, concertados y privado
e Educación Primaria de la provincia de Jaén. Las actividades desarrolladas a lo largo de est
ograma se vinculan con ambos términos, y persiguen que las emociones se expresen de fo
enos intensa y más duradera en las actividades laborales, a través del desarrollo de habilidades par
rcibir, identificar y expresar las emociones. Finalmente, los posibles resultados revelan relacione
sitivas y significativas entre la inteligencia emocional y el liderazgo transformacional y 1
epercusión de ambos constructos en la felicidad y el bienestar en contextos laborales.
