Resumen
[ES] Con este trabajo presentaremos la s ituación del mercado de trabajo
español con el inic io de la crisis económica en el año 2007 y que aún
perdura en el año 2015 . Analizaremos la evolución de las tasas de
actividad, empleo y paro, tanto en el periodo anterior como posterior a la
crisis para ver los efectos que la Gran Recesión ha te nido en la actividad
económica de España, dejando como consecuencias una elevada
des trucción de empleo y aumento del paro, afectando a los colectivos
más vulnerables de la población, como so n: jóvenes, población con
escasa formación, trabajadores con contratos temporales e inmigrantes.
Además, estudiaremos el mercado de trabajo de las personas
discapaci tadas para ver los motivos por los que tienen una tasa de
actividad y empleo más reducidas y, por consiguiente, una tasa de paro
más elevada que las personas sin discapacidad.
[EN] With this paper we will present the situation of the Spanish labor market with the beginning of the economic crisis in 2007 y that still lasts in 2015. We wi ll analyze the evolution of the activity rates, employment and unemployment, both in the previous period as later to the crisis lo see the effects that the Great Recession has had on eco nomic activity in Spain, leaving as conseque nces a high destruction of employment and increase of unemployment, affecting the most vulnerable groups of the population, as they are: yo ung, people with little education, workers on temporary contracts and migrants. Besides, we wi ll study the labor market of people with disabilities to see beca use they have an activity rate and employment more reduced and, consequently, a higher unemployment rate than people without disabilities.
