Aplicación web para el control de calidad de molletes de pan antequeranos haciendo uso de técnicas de visión

Abstract

La siguiente aplicación web se desarrollará en base a las necesidades del cliente de ISR, “Horno El Antequerano S.L.”. Las necesidades del cliente de ISR serán las de establecer tanto un control dimensional de las caras del mollete como ofrecer información referente al alveolado de la miga de pan del mismo. Para ello, se planificarán y presupuestarán varias soluciones para realizar la inspección, entre ellas, la solución de la que es objeto este Trabajo de Fin de Grado. Se planificará el proyecto y se llevará a cabo a través de una fase de análisis, diseño y desarrollo del mismo.The following web application will be developed based on the needs of the ISR client, "Horno El Antequerano S.L."
