Resumen
En el presente proyecto se ha elaborado un estudio de eficiencia y ahorro energético, dicho estudio se ha realizado de forma teórica. La realización del estudio en cuestión, se ha tomado un edificio ejemplo. Partiendo del edificio objeto, inicialmente se ha obtenido su calificación energética con el programa Lider - Calener y se ha realizado un estudio lumínico con el programa Dialux Evo 8. Una vez obtenidos estos datos se ha procedido a aplicar mejoras en el edificio, realizando de nuevo distintas simulaciones mejorando su calificación energética y consumos de energía. También se ha realizado un estudio de viabilidad económica de las diferentes mejoras aplicadas. Dichas mejoras son sustitución de calderas de gasóleo por biomas, sustitución de ventanas por unas más eficientes y sustitución de luminarias y lámpara con tecnología led.
In this project, an energy efficiency and savings study has been carried out in a theoretical way. The realization of the study in question, an example building has been taken. Starting from the object building, initially its energy rating has been obtained with the Lider - Calener program and a lighting study has been carried out with the Dialux Evo 8 program. Once these data were obtained, we proceeded to implement improvements in the building, performing again different simulations to improve its energy rating and energy consumption. An economic feasibility study of the different improvements applied has also been carried out. These improvements are the replacement of diesel boilers with biomass, replacement of windows with more efficient ones and replacement of lighting fixtures and lamps with LED technology.
