Resumen
Este trabajo de fin de grado, tiene como objetivo principal destacar la importancia de trabajar la Inteligencia emocional (IE) en la etapa de Educación Primaria con la finalidad de que los niños y las niñas adquieran un desarrollo integral.
Se llevará a cabo una Unidad Didáctica (UD) dirigida al alumnado de 2º ciclo, concretamente 3º curso, aprovechando el periodo del Prácticum II. Previamente, se ha realizado una indagación sobre el tema y se ha recogido la información. La finalidad será conocer los beneficios de desarrollar la IE desde edades tempranas, y con ello, trabajar conceptos como el autoconocimiento, la empatía, las habilidades sociales y la motivación, entre otros. Dicha propuesta didáctica se realizará a través de la Expresión Corporal (EC), a día de hoy, la gran olvidada en muchas de las programaciones docentes, pero que, sin duda, una fantástica e imprescindible herramienta para llevar a cabo el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
The aim of this Final Thesis is to highlight the importance of working the Emotional Intelligence (EI) in the period of Primary Education, with the purpose of young children acquire a comprehensive development. To carry out this research, it will be done a Teaching Unit aimed to Second Cycle Pupils, in particular those of the Third Year of Primary School, taken advantage of the term during Practicum II. Previously, it has been performed an investigation about the topic as well as gathering information of this. The purpose will be knowing the benefits of the developing of EI from an early age and, therefore, working the concepts of self-knowledge, empathy, social skills and motivation, among others. This teaching proposal will be carrying through Body Language (BL) which, nowadays, is the great forgotten within many teaching programs but, without question, it is a magnificent and essential tool for fulfill the teaching-learning process.
