Resumen
[ES] Este trabajo propone el mindfulness como vía para favorecer el desarrollo y bienestar de las personas con trastorno del espectro autista (TEA) alcanzando, mediante la práctica del mismo, la adquisición de destrezas que permitan una mejora en la relación con las demás personas y en la gestión de las emociones. Con este objetivo, se propone un programa de intervención dirigido a personas con TEA, compuesto por 10 sesiones que se desarrollarán en 4 meses. Estas sesiones están compuestas
actividades que tendrán como objetivo principal desarrollar habilidades que permitan ser consciente
del momento presente y su aceptación, así como de la gestión y reconocimiento de las emociones.
[EN] This work proposes mindfulness as a way to promote the development and well-being of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), achieving, through its practice, the acquisition of skills that allow an improvement in the relationship with other people and in the managing emotions. With this objective, an intervention program aimed at people with ASD is proposed, consisting of 10 sessions that will take place in 4 months. These sessions have the main objective of develop skills that allow being aware of the present moment and accepting it, as well as the management and recognition of emotions.
