PLAN DE NEGOCIO PARA LA CREACIÓN Y PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UNA EMPRESA DEDICADA A LA PRODUCCIÓN Y COMERCIALIZACIÓN DE VINO EN LA PROVINCIA DE JAÉN

Abstract

La idea de este plan de negocio es crear y poner en marcha una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de vino en la provincia de Jaén. Su finalidad es introducirse en el mercado vitivinícola y ofrecer rentabilidad a este proyecto. El objetivo de este proyecto es dar a conocer el vino jienense y poder ser reconocido mundialmente. Para ello, Mar de Viñas ofrecerá un producto de calidad a un precio asequible para cualquier consumidor, ofreciendo una amplia variedad de vinos tintos y blancos. En primer lugar, Mar de Viñas comercializará sus productos por la pronvincia de Jaén y con el paso del tiempo se analizarán las ventas para distribuir el vino al resto del territorio español. Una vez consolidada la empresa con el paso de los años se exportará el producto a otros países. Finalmente, la idea de negocio es arriesgada e ideal para poder emprender en nuestra provincia.

The idea of this business plan is to create and set a company in motion focus on the production and marketing of wine in the province of Jaén. Its purpose is to enter into the wine market and offer profitability to this project. The objective of this project is to promote Jaén wine in order to make it globally known. For that reason, Mar de Viñas will offer a quality product at an affordable price for any consumer, offering a wide variety of red and white wines. First of all, Mar de Viñas will market its products throughout the province of Jaén and as time goes by the sales will be analyzed to distribute the wine to the rest of Spain. Once the company is consolidated over the years, the product will be exported to other countries. Finally, the business idea is risky and great to be able to undertake in our province.
