This work, through the description of an increasingly globalized world, in a context block as the cold war, tries to understand what the movement of ‘77 is. And what is? In an attempt of revolution, a highly creative and political space, which will mark a before and after, becoming a kind of hinge that articulates two completely different worlds appears. This revolution, of which there are hardly any data, sought to articulate a new world, although the Thatcher and Reagan thesis were imposed.
