ANÁLISIS DE LOS DERECHOS DE TRANSMISIÓN DE LA PROPIEDAD

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es el análisis de la evolución que ha tenido la transmisión de la propiedad en España, desde el momento en que entró la crisis y con ella la burbuja inmobiliaria, hasta hoy. Una vez que se haya estudiado esta evolución, el estudio se enfocará en la disminución que tuvo la adquisición de la propiedad durante la etapa de crisis y el aumento de nivel que tuvo una vez que salió de ella. En este análisis de transmisión de la propiedad se estudiará los diferentes puntos de adquisición, ya sea por compra-venta, donación, intercambio y herencia. Una vez que el estudio se haya llevado a cabo a nivel nacional, se hará una comparación con algunos países europeos para ver qué país ha afectado más esta crisis en la transferencia de propiedad. Finalmente, nos centraremos en las provincias andaluzas y especialmente en Jaén.

The objective of this study is the test of the evolution that the broadcasting of property has had in Spain, from the moment the crisis entered and with it the real estate bubble, until today. Once this evolution has been studied, the study will focus on the decrease that the acquisition of the property had during the crisis stage and the increase in the level that it had once it left it. In this analysis of property transfer, the different points of acquisition will be studied, whether by purchase-sale, donation, exchange and inheritance. Once the study has been carried out at the national level, a comparison can be made with some European countries to see which country has most affected this crisis in the transfer of ownership. Finally, we will focus on the Andalusian provinces and especially in Jaen.
