Resumen
[ES] El objetivo del presente trabajo de fin de grado es realizar el análisis estratégico de la gestión de recursos humanos de la empresa Smurfit Kappa en España, a través del estudio de los cuatro elementos principales que convierten en estratégica la Dirección de los Recursos Humanos. El trabajo comienza con el estudio de la empresa desde sus orígenes, observando la Dirección estratégica de la empresa y las distintas funciones del área de Recursos Humanos, culminando con una reflexión sobre si se trata de Dirección Estratégica de Recursos Humanos (DERH) o no.
El motivo por el cual ésta empresa ha sido elegida es por la amplia expansión internacional, puesto que se trata de una empresa líder en el mercado de empaques a base de papel y por otro lado cabe destacar su constante preocupación por el bienestar de sus trabajadores en aspectos como su desarrollo profesional y personal. Smurfit Kappa es líder a nivel mundial y sus actividades a destacar son el reciclaje, la fabricación de papel, los empaques y la operación forestal.
[EN] The aim of this work is to make the grade strategic analysis of human resources management of Smurfit Kappa in Spain, through the study of the four main strategic elements become the Directorate of Human Resources. The work begins with the study of the company since its inception, noting the strategic direction of the company and the various functions of Human Resources, culminating with a reflection on whether it is Strategic Human Resources (DERH) or not.
