Resumen
[ES] Éste trabajo ha sido enfocado al estudio de los principales aspectos en
las empresas familiares, entre ellos, la sucesión y los conflictos entre los
fundadores y los miembros de la familia. El proyecto tuvo como
objetivo estudiar y analizar la sucesión y los conflictos existentes en una
empresa familiar con vinculación personal. Se describen las principales
características de éste tipo de empresas, las diferentes posibilidades
estratégicas, el perfil de los fundadores y herederos, el proceso de
sucesión y, para finalizar, la utilización de un protocolo familiar. El
método de investigación se hizo través del estudio de un caso real y los
datos fueron recolectados a través de entrevistas personales con varios
herederos. Se observó como resultado, que la toma de decisiones tras la
muerte inesperada del fundador provocó diversos conflictos, tanto en la
familia como en la empresa. Finalmente se concluye, que para evitar
éste tipo de conflictos internos, la implantación de un protocolo de
sucesión sería una solución.
[EN] This work has been focused to the study of the main appearances in the familiar companies, between them, the succession and the conflicts between the founders and the members of the family. The project tube like aim study and analyse the succession and the existent conflicts in a familiar company with personal links. They describe the main characteristic of this type of companies, the different strategic possibilities, the profile of the founders and heirs, the process of succession and, to finalise, the utilisation of a familiar protocol. The method of investigation did través of the study of a real case and the data were recolectados through personal interviews with several heirs. It observed like result, that the taking of decisions after the unexpected death of the founder caused diverse conflicts, so much in the family as in the company. Finally it concludes , that to avoid this type of internal conflicts, the implantation of a protocol of succession would be a solution.
