For this purpose, a program has been designed that addresses the concepts and activities related to happiness, emotional balance: positive affectivity and negative affectivity, and satisfaction with life. To evaluate its effectiveness, the Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS) and the Negative Affect Scale for Children and Adolescents (PANASN) will be administered before and after the intervention. It is expected to find that this program contributes to increasing the levels of positive affectivity and life satisfaction. We believe that the development of these intervention programs in positive psychology is necessary and opportune to improve levels of subjective well-being.
