Resumen
[ES] El derecho a la vida es un derecho fundamental protegido por nuestra Constitución, en
su artículo 15, que puede verse vulnerado a través de múltiples conductas. Pero el derecho a la
vida es tan amplio que tiene múltiples vertientes, así que el objeto de este trabajo se limitará a
analizar el derecho a la vida desde una perspectiva constitucional, centrándonos en la figura
del aborto, un delito que atenta contra la vida o la integridad del nasciturus, y que puede,
muchas veces, entrar en conflicto con otros derechos fundamentales.
[EN] The right to life is a fundamental right protected by our Constitution, in its article 15, which can be violated through multiple conducts. But the right to life is so broad that it has multiple aspects, so the purpose of this work will be limited to analyzing the right to life from a constitutional perspective, focusing on the figure of abortion, a crime that threatens life or the integrity of the nasciturus, and that can, often, come into conflict with other fundamental rights.
