Programa de Intervención de Coaching Asistido con Caballos para un equipo de fútbol

Abstract

[ES]Las Intervenciones Asistidas con Animales, en este caso con caballos, son un método muy útil para trabajar con las personas ya que en cada una de las sesiones el animal facilita y motiva la consecución de unos objetivos planteados. En este diseño de programa, definiremos y clarificaremos los diferentes términos de coaching deportivo de equipo y coaching asistido con caballos (CAC), por otra parte también explicaremos la relación entre ambos conceptos y finalmente presentaremos una propuesta, de diseño de un programa, detallada, sobre coaching con caballos para un equipo de fútbol, cuyo uno de los objetivos principales, será la cohesión de equipo, entre otros.[EN]The Interventions Represented with Animals, in this case with horses, are a very useful method to work with the persons since in each of the meetings the animal facilitates and motivates the attainment of a few raised aims. In this design of program, we will define and clarify the different terms of coaching sports of equipment and coaching represented with horses (CAH), on the other hand also we will explain the relation between both concepts and finally we will present an offer, of design of a program, detailed, on coaching with horses for a soccer team, whose one of the principal aims, will be the cohesion of equipment, between others.
