Resumen
[ES] FRUTÍCOLA VALLE DEL GUADALQUIVIR es una empresa hortofrutícola dedicada al comercio por mayor de frutas y verduras, los trabajadores inmersos en la empresa deben realizar sus actividades de manera segura y adecuada y aquí es donde entra la prevención de riesgos laborales como un factor primordial que se debe tener en cuenta en la política de la empresa. La protección de todas las personas que trabajan en el sector hortofrutícola es un aspecto primordial por lo que es necesario realizar un diagnóstico sobre las áreas de trabajo y ámbitos de riesgo, sobre los cuales posteriormente se deben definir planes de acción preventiva.
La ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, de prevención de riesgos laborales, publicada en el BOE del 10 de noviembre de 1995, establece en su artículo 16 que el empresario deberá integrar la prevención de riesgos laborales en el sistema de gestión de la empresa, tanto en el conjunto de sus actividades como en todos los niveles jerárquicos de esta, a través de la implantación y aplicación de un plan de prevención de riesgos laborales. El presente plan de prevención de riesgos laborales incluirá la estructura organizativa, las funciones y responsabilidades, las practicas, los procedimientos, los procesos y los recursos necesario para realizar la acción de prevención de riesgos de la empresa, en los términos que reglamentariamente se establezcan. Los instrumentos esenciales para la gestión de aplicación del plan de prevención de riesgos, que podrán ser llevados a cabo por fases de forma programada, son la evaluación de riesgos laborales y la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
Además, en el informe se establecerá un protocolo de actuación frente al SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) con el fin de facilitar a la empresa medidas de contención, prevención y control adecuadas para proteger la salud de los trabajadores frente a la exposición al COVID-19.

This occupational risk prevention plan will include the organizational structure, functions and responsibilities, practices, procedures, processes and resources necessary to carry out the risk prevention action of the company, in the terms established by regulation. The essential instruments for managing the application of the risk prevention plan, which may be carried out in phases on a scheduled basis, are the assessment of occupational risks and the planning of preventive activity. In addition, the report will establish an action protocol against SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) in order to provide the company with adequate containment, prevention and control measures to protect the health of workers against exposure. to COVID-19.
