Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo fin de grado se lleva a cabo un profundo análisis del Régimen Especial de la Seguridad Social de los Trabajadores por Cuenta Propia o Autónomos. En primer lugar, se analiza su configuración normativa y ámbito de aplicación para posteriormente señalar los aspectos fundamentales relativos a afiliación, encuadramiento y cotización sin olvidar la acción protectora de los trabajadores/as autónomos/as teniendo en cuenta además las últimas reformas legislativas en materia de autoempleo. Dentro de la acción protectora se matizan los aspectos más relevantes del accidente de trabajo y la enfermedad profesional que pudieren dar lugar a una incapacidad temporal. Por último, se hace especial hincapié en el cese de actividad de los trabajadores/as autónomos.

[EN] In the present work of end of degree is carried out an in-depth analysis of the Special Scheme of the Social Security of Self-Employed or Autonomous Workers. In the first place, its normative configuration and scope of application are analyzed to later point out the fundamental aspects related to affiliation, framing and quotation without forgetting the protective action of the self-employed workers taking into account also the last legislative reforms in the matter of self-employment. Within the protective action, the most relevant aspects of the work accident and occupational disease that could lead to a temporary disability are qualified. Finally, special emphasis is placed on the cessation of activity of self-employed workers.
