Resumen
Para el desarrollo del trabajo se llevará a cabo un análisis
estratégico y descripción de la estrategia formulada por SEAT. En
primer lugar, se realizará una rápida descripción de la empresa y
del sector al que pertenece con el fin de conocer la situación actual
y la evolución que viene experimentando su participación en el
PIB. Seguidamente se clasificará la empresa en función de varios
criterios. Finalmente se dará respuesta a cuáles son los propósitos
de la organización y su responsabilidad social corporativa. En
segundo lugar, se estudiará el análisis externo, análisis interno y la
matriz DAFO. Dentro del análisis externo estudiaremos el entorno
general y específico. Después será estudiado el análisis interno
finalizando con el análisis DAFO.
Más adelante, se procederá a describir la estrategia competitiva
llevada a cabo por SEAT. Para finalizar extraeremos las
conclusiones más relevantes de la realización de este trabajo,
finalizando con las fuentes consultadas.
For the development of the work, a strategic analysis and description of the strategy formulated by SEAT will be carried out. First of all, a quick description of the company and the sector to which it belongs will be made in order to know the current situation and the evolution of its share in the PIB. The company will then be classified according to various factors. Finally, the aims of the company and its corporate social responsibility will be answered. Secondly, the external analysis, internal analysis and the DAFO matrix will be studied. Within the external analysis we will study the general and specific environment. Afterwards, the internal analysis will be studied, ending with the DAFO analysis. Later, we will proceed to describe the competitive strategy carried out by SEAT. Finally, we will draw the most relevant conclusions of this work, ending with the sources consulted.
