LA EXTINCIÓN DEL CONTRATO DE TRABAJO.

Abstract

[ES]La extinción del contrato de trabajo es un tema que está en plena actualidad, debido a la inestabilidad laboral que se está llevando a cabo, en algunas ocasiones, en nuestro país, y que están sufriendo principalmente algunos/as de los/las ciudadanos/as. Por tanto, es imprescindible la vinculación de la extinción del contrato de trabajo con una unidad didáctica en cualquier Ciclo Formativo, para que el alumnado sea consciente de la importancia que tiene llevar a cabo, tanto por parte del empresario/a, como por parte del trabajador/a, un sistema laboral justo, para que no se produzca por ninguna de las partes un abuso en los derechos laborales recogidos en la correspondiente normativa laboral, y de este modo puedan defender sus derechos teniendo conocimiento de causa. La vinculación de esta materia en el aula, se va a llevar a cabo, como se recoge en la proyección didáctica, tanto con el estudio teórico de los aspectos fundamentales de esta temática, como el estudio práctico, para que el alumnado tenga un contacto real con posibles situaciones a las que se puede enfrentar, en alguna ocasión, cuando accedan al mercado laboral.

[EN]The termination of the work contract is an issue that is currently in full force, due to the labor instability that is taking place on some occasions in our country, and which are mainly suffered by some of the citizens. Therefore, it is essential to link the termination of the work contract with a teaching unit in any training cycle, so that students are aware of the importance of carrying out, both by the employer, and by the worker, a fair labor system, so that there is no abuse of the labor rights included in the corresponding labor regulations by any of the parties, and in this way they can defend their rights knowing their cause. The linking of this subject in the classroom, will be carried out, as it is included in the didactic projection, both with the theoretical study of the fundamental aspects of this subject, as well as the practical study, so that the students have a real contact with possible situations that can be faced on occasion when they enter the labor market.
