Impacto de la crisis económica en el sector turístico español

Abstract

[ES]El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado ha tenido como objetivo analizar el impacto que la crisis financiera y económica ha tenido sobre el sector turístico español, así como identificar, en su caso, las diferencias que dicha crisis ha tenido en esta actividad económica respecto al comportamiento del resto de la economía. Para cumplir con este objetivo, este trabajo se ha ocupado del análisis e interpretación de los principales resultados que los indicadores económicos tradicionales, como el PIB turístico, el empleo turístico, así como el comportamiento del sector hotelero, han tenido en el sector turístico. Dicho análisis ha estado centrado en el periodo 2006-2010, para realizar un análisis comparado ex-ante y ex-post del origen de la crisis económica a nivel mundial. Este análisis concluirá con una serie de conclusiones, las cuales han sido obtenidas tras el estudio de la influencia que la crisis económica ha tenido en el sector turístico español.

[EN]The aim of the present work of end of degree is to analyze the impact of the financial and economic crisis on the Spanish tourism sector, as well as to identify, where appropriate, the differences that this crisis has had in this economic activity with respect to the behavior of the rest of the economy. To fulfill this objective, this work has been concerned with the analysis and interpretation of the main results that traditional economic indicators, such as tourism GDP, tourism employment and the behavior of the hotel sector have had in the tourism sector. This analysis has focused on the period 2006-2010, to perform an ex-ante and ex-post comparative analysis of the origin of the economic crisis worldwide. This analysis will conclude with a series of conclusions, which have been obtained after the study of the influence that the economic crisis has had in the Spanish tourism sector.
