Resumen
[ES]En la actualidad, la función de personal ha adquirido una nueva
dimensión: gestionar al personal de la organización se ha convertido
en un tema estratégico para la competitividad en el mundo
empresarial. El clima organizacional, la motivación, la cultura, y como
no, la satisfacción laboral, son por ende elementos clave.
La presente crisis financiera ha dado lugar a la precarización
laboral: las condiciones mínimas para el desempeño del trabajo son
escasas o simplemente no existen. Se ha procedido a una
desprotección social progresiva y a una disminución notable de
salarios, lo que se traduce en una inseguridad e incertidumbre en el
puesto de trabajo. En otras palabras: insatisfacción laboral. De ahí la
importancia de la gestión de los trabajadores en la empresa.
Por último, como veremos a continuación, en este trabajo donde
se aborda el tema de la satisfacción laboral, se han tratado sus
distintas teorías y técnicas de medida aplicables en las organizaciones
de hoy en día, con el objetivo de conocerlas y saber aplicar cada una
de ellas.
[EN]Currently, the personnel function has acquired a new dimension: managing staff organization has become a strategic issue for the competitiveness in the business world. The organizational climate, motivation, culture, and of course, job satisfaction, are therefore key elements. The present financial crisis has led to job insecurity: the minimum conditions for work performance are few or non-existent. We proceeded to progressive social protection and a noticeable decrease in salaries, which translates into insecurity and uncertainty in the workplace. In other words, job dissatisfaction. Therefore important of managing employees in the company.
