Intervenciones y Técnicas de Arteterapia en el Duelo: Revisión sistemática.

Abstract

El presente trabajo constituye una revisión sistemática cuyo objetivo es investigar las propuestas de intervención en arteterapia y técnicas utilizadas para el proceso de duelo en pacientes adultos. Inicialmente, tras la justificación de la pertinencia del trabajo, se revisa la evidencia científica sobre la temática elegida utilizando el método PRISMA. Después, tras la selección de 12 artículos que cumplen los criterios definidos, se abordan las similitudes, aportaciones y limitaciones de la literatura revisada, y se incluyen recomendaciones para la futura investigación. Finalmente, se concluye enfatizando la importancia de la regularización de la arteterapia en España para la ampliación de los beneficios de las intervenciones psicológicas que se realizan.

This study constitutes a systematic review whose objective is to investigate the proposals for intervention in art therapy and the techniques used for the grieving process in adult patients. Initially, after justifying the relevance of the work, the scientific evidence on the chosen topic is reviewed using the PRISMA method. Then, after the selection of 12 articles that meet the defined criteria; the similarities, contributions and limitations of the literature reviewed are discussed, and recommendations for future research are included. Finally, to conclude , it is emphasized the importance of the regularization of art therapy in Spain for the extension of the benefits of the psychological interventions carried out.
